Shipping/terms of purchase/return policy

We would like nothing more than to hand deliver your customized order so we could meet all of you wonderful people in person. Unfortunately, while our mom powers are strong, they do not yet include teleportation. Thus, we are on a first name basis with our lovely Canadian post ladies. Once a week we load ourselves and our kiddos with packages to get your special order on its way.

Tracking information and insurance will be provided to you with parcel shipping within Canada. Shipping within Alberta is a flat rate of $12, parcel shipping within Canada is $17.

Lettermail shipping does not include tracking information or insurance and is only available for orders containing one pair of boots. Within Alberta the lettermail shipping option is $5, and within Canada is $6.

At this time we are not able to ship internationally.
