1. What does custom order mean?
Have you ever found a shirt you love but wish it came in a different colour? Or found a print on a shirt you absolutely loved but wished it came in a different style? Maybe you have family pictures coming up and can’t quite find the coordinating outfits you had hoped for!
Our custom order option allows you to choose from our large selection of fabrics, patterns and options to create a one of kind item that you love. Please be aware that your custom order will be created and shipped in approximately 2-3 weeks.
2. What does RTS mean?
RTS, stands for ready to ship. These are all items that are currently made and can be shipped on our next post office run. If you are also ordering a custom item, it will be shipped when the rest of your order is complete.
3. How long do custom orders take to complete?
I limit the number of orders I take so that they will not exceed 3 weeks. All orders placed on the website will be completed and shipped in 3 weeks or less. I know it can be hard to wait, and sometimes your schedule may require the item sooner, we have all been there! Send me a message with the details and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with our $5 rush order option.
4. Where does my order come from and how will it get to me?
All orders are created by my hands and are shipped from Camrose, Alberta! A wonderful little city south of Edmonton. All orders are shipped using Canada Post, Puralator or UPS unless otherwise requested.
5. What are your shipping costs?
Tracking information and insurance will be provided to you with parcel shipping within Canada. Shipping within Alberta is a flat rate of $15, parcel shipping within Canada is $18. Please be aware that once the item is shipped we cannot control how quickly it will arrive in your hands.
Lettermail shipping does not include tracking information or insurance and is only available for orders containing one pair of boots. Within Alberta the lettermail shipping option is $5, and within Canada is $6.
Local pickup is available within Camrose, please message to make arrangements.
6. What are your washing instructions?
I choose the highest quality fabrics to ensure that it not only feels amazing on, but looks amazing wear after wear, wash after wash.
Clothing items- we recommend machine washing, inside out in a cold water delicate cycle, using a mild detergent. Hang to dry to keep your items looking new. If you have not personalized your clothing item with vinyl, you may tumble dry on low.
Lokis, shoes, boots & hats- Hand wash only and lay flat to dry. I find using a small brush (like an old toothbrush) works well!
All fabrics have been pre-washed (pre-faded and pre-shrunk) but minor shrinking may still be possible.
7. What is your return/refund policy?
I proudly stand behind the quality of my work, and want you to love each and every item you design. Due to the custom nature of the items I create, I do not offer returns or refunds but any issues with orders will be handled on a case by case basis.
